Salami

Cervalot Salami

    • Locally sourced top quality beef and pork cuts, chopped into fine pieces with a bowl cutter.  Imported spices are added.  The mixture is then filled into a large fibrous casing with a touch of cold smoke and then hung in our specially designed salami rooms which control humidity temperature.
    • Packaging:  Sliced Vacuum packed + 125g each and unit 1.5kg each.

Felino Salami

    • Pure pork salami contains white wine, imported spices and cultures, filled into fibrous casings and then hung up to cure for two months.
    • Packaging:  Sliced Vacuum packed + 125g each and unit 1.5kg each.

Hungarian Salami

    • Good quality German salami otherwise known as pepper salami, containing locally sourced pork and beef.  This salami contains live cultures, white wine, whole pepper corns and imported spices.  Filled in fibrous casings and cured for a minimum of two months.
    • Packaging:  Sliced Vacuum packed + 125g each and unit 2.5kg each.

Polish Salami Large

    • Made from locally sourced pork mixed with imported spices and mustard seeds, filled in large fibrous casings and then cooked and smoked.
    • Packaging:  Vacuum packed chunks units at + 250g each.

Polish Salami Thin

    • Made from locally sourced pork mixed with imported spices and mustard seeds, filled in small fibrous casings and then cooked and smoked.
    • Packaging:  Vacuum packed units 2kg and sliced + 125g each.

Traditional Mini Salami

    • Locally sourced top quality beef and pork cuts, chopped into fine pieces with a bowl cutter. Imported spices are added.  The mixture is then filled into a large fibrous casing with a touch of cold smoke and then hung in our specially designated salami rooms which control humidity and temperature.
    • Packaging:  Vacuum packed mini unit + 150g each.

Traditional Salami

    • Locally sourced top quality beef and pork cuts, meat is of a coarse grain.  Imported spices are added.  The mixture is then filled into a large fibrous casing with a touch of cold smoke and then hung in our specially designated salami rooms which control humidity and temperature.
    • Packaging:  Sliced Vacuum packed + 125g each, units 2.5kg each and Mini unit 250g each.
