Coppa Ham

- Thin meat cut taken from the shoulder, rubbed with salt and imported spices and rested until cured. Thereafter it is spiced again with pepper and left to mature.

Portuguese Chourico

- Sausage containing locally sourced pure pork. Meat is coarse and contains high quantities of fat, red wine, garlic and paprika, filled into hog casings, made into a horse show, dried and smoked. This Chourico is a traditional Portuguese Chourico.
