Blue Cheese Burger Sauce

A blue cheese sauce that’s just begging to go with your next Oscar’s Bacon & Cheese Burger.

Ingredients:

  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard powder Salt

Method:

  • Stir together blue cheese, milk, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, ground mustard powder, and salt.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
