Bacon & Broccoli Salad

Crunchy broccoli salad with Oscar’s Bacon Bits, ideal for your next braai.

Ingredients:

  • Oscar’s Bacon Bits and 1/3 Chopped Red Onions
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise and 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • 9 Cups of Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 Cup of Almonds

Method:

  • Fry Oscar’s Bacon Bits until cripsy. and Fry Red Onion
  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt & Pepper
  • Add the Broccoli florets, grated cheese & onion to this mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate until eaten.
  • Toss in Oscar’s Bacon bits and Almonds before serving.
