Spinach and Ham Noodle Muffins

An easy, healthy, anytime snack, using your favourite Oscar’s Deli Meats Ham and every child’s favourite – 2-minute noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 170 g chicken-flavoured 2-minute noodles
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables grated
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Oscar’s ham chopped
  • 1/2 cup light tasty cheese

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Lightly spray a muffin pan
  • Cook 2 minute noodles as directed and drain.
  • Add the Chicken flavour sachets and remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  • Spoon equal portions into the muffin pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 min
